2 Ingredient Flatbread
Don’t you just love easy recipes? I love them, especially when these easy recipes have ingredients that are always in your fridge or pantry.
And don’t you just love flatbread? I love flatbread, (actually any bread). Whether you call it pita, naan, barbut or tortilla they are all similar but different equally tasty.
This recipe is great because apart from having only 2 ingredients, it also requires minimal effort! No yeast, kneading for ages, proofing for hours… nothing like that.
Quick, easy and with minimal fuss. My kind of recipe.
This dose makes 6 large or 8 small flatbreads.
Recipe
2 ingredient flatbread
Ingredients
250g plain flour
250g Greek yoghurt
Olive oil for cooking
Directions
Add flour and yoghurt to a large bowl
Mix ingredients until you form a nice dough (you might need to knead it a little to combine ingredients)
Rest for 20 minutes
Cut dough into either 6 or 8 pieces and make into little balls
Roll balls out to flatten into a nice round flatbread (you might need some olive oil for the dough not to stick to the rolling pin or work surface)
Heat up fry pan with a little olive oil
Cook flatbread on both sides until brown burn spots appear
Make 6 large or 8 small flatbreads
