I'm Helene, and I've been cooking for nearly 40 years.
I come from a family of great cooks, my mum, my grandma, my aunts. So it was inevitable that food would become a big part of my life. For Greeks, it's never just about what's on the plate. It's the garden, the vineyard, the γιαγιά down the road and the generations keeping traditions alive.
My love of cooking has only deepened through travel, especially through Greece. I'm constantly inspired by the ingredients, the people and the stories behind every meal.
